Colonel

The Colonel commands the Regiment and is the final authority on unit direction, standards, and staff appointments.

Prerequisites
  1. Appointed as Regimental Commander.

O5 | LTC

Lieutenant Colonel

Serves as Battalion Commander or senior staff. Responsible for everything the battalion does or fails to do.

Prerequisites
  1. Six (6) months TIG as O4.
  2. Appointed as Battalion Commander or Regimental XO.
  3. Promoted by Regimental Command.

O4 | MAJ

Major

Field grade officer trusted with broad responsibilities across the Regiment; may serve as Battalion XO/CO or senior planner.

Prerequisites
  1. Demonstrated excellence as a commissioned officer.
  2. Promoted by Regimental Command.
